Rade Joksimovic is one of the most recognized serial technology entrepreneurs in South East Europe, best known for starting his career at a young age (16), and scaling his first company to 43 countries over 4 continents in under 2 years. In his 13 years long career, he has bootstrapped, scaled or sold 6 tech startups, which helped him acquire unique business experience.

Rade believes in paying it forward, which led to him being a mentor he never had to over 100 startups from Google, European Commission, Startit, Pioneers, ICT Hub, Impact Hub, etc.

Rade started his career as a self-taught developer at the age 16, but soon enough, he wanted to build and market his own products, which led to him embarking on an entrepreneurial journey.

At age 19, he founded MGNTO, a company that produces and sells e-commerce software plugins. In under 2 years the company expanded its reseller network to 400 resellers in 43 countries across 4 continents, before it got acquired.

Having experienced his first successful exit at age 21, Rade was hooked on building scalable companies. His second company was Cilvo Inc., an official partner of one of America’s biggest brokerage companies, Interactive Brokers Group Inc. Cilvo built in-house tools for technical analysis and designed a model for fundamental analysis and scoring investment opportunities. Cilvo’s algorithm tracked 32 data points for 1.8 billion trades just on NASDAQ each day, to be able to achieve an incredible 89% hit rate with its prediction.

Reinvesting his proceeds into new ventures, Rade created RecruitFolder - an applicant tracking system that used AI to fully automate registration, testing and prioritization of the top candidates, saving HR departments an average of 12 hours per job opening.

His next startup’s flagship product was called EarnCoupon, a SaaS software for incentivizing word-of-mouth marketing on social media by offering rewards to customers if they shared their experience on Facebook or Twitter. It was the first company in the world that built a repeatable and scalable way to grow word-of-mouth online.

His latest venture, Loyalis, builds gamified reward programs from its headquarters in San Francisco, California. Merchants using Loyalis achieved an average incremental revenue lift of $3mm USD, by taking advantage of Loyalis’ business intelligence dashboard filled with actionable data. Being the official customer loyalty partner to some of the biggest e-commerce platforms in the US, including BigCommerce and Shopify, helped Rade scale the business to over 1.5 million users.

Managing transactional data of 2% of adults that shop online in the US enabled Rade to pursue vastly innovative projects. Rade’s personal favorite project was for one of the biggest e-commerce retailers in the world to predict purchase behaviors of customers. To achieve that, the team used weather forecast data to predict customer behavior and link the results to adjust programmatic advertising bids in real-time, saving the client as much as 36% in the performance advertising budget for that quarter.
