Djordje is one of the youngest creative directors in Serbia, who has been named the global Young Leader in year 2015 by International Advertising Association. In the same year prestigious regional magazine Media Marketing presented him as one of the Young Leaders for Tomorrow.
His experience as a creative begun in 2010 in Leo Burnett Belgrade where he started building his copywriting career by working for brands from different industries: Vip mobile, P&G, Jelen Beer, Banca Intesa, Doncafe. During inspiring 6 years in Leo Burnett he received significant Serbian and regional awards: Golden Drum, Effie, Kaktus, UEPS. After Belgrade the best European independent agency Bruketa&Žinić from Zagreb welcomed him as a Creative Director. He was leading the creative department for one of the agency’s major Clients - A1 Croatia. During his stay in Zagreb, Djordje became a Young Lions Croatia winner and won Effie Croatia bronze for A1 rebranding campaign. One of the projects he is very proud of, for client WWF, has been listed by Balcannes among top 25 campaigns in Adriatic region.
Djordje believes in meaningful creativity that has power not just to transform human behavior but to aim it in a direction of world sustainability and life quality improvement. One of his projects that proves this way of thinking is A1 Lappsus, mobile app that turns the habit of constant phone checking into a learning opportunity for correct spelling in the Croatian language. The most downloaded app in country that actually helped thousands of kids improve their language grammar.
After 3 years in Croatia he accepted the invitation to join New Startegy and move with his family back to Belgrade.
This passionate wine lover, a dedicated father and young creative mind is now mastering Business Design methodology and focusing on implementing his ideas to new business startegies.
